ET2 Labs LLC was formed in Oklahoma in April 2026. It is the parent company for the Clay Indices family, a set of AI and autonomous-systems products, and the DEACS edge-AI actuation project. The company is registered in SAM.gov for U.S. federal contracting. ET2 Labs also holds a portfolio of domain names supporting current and future projects.
Clay Indices publishes methodologies, definitions, and equity indices. Every index and definition carries a published, versioned methodology. Live publications include the Climate 50 Index, the TrueCost Index, and the Lambda, Theta, and Rho reference definitions. The Rare Earth Index methodology is complete and launching.

DEACS (Distributed Edge-AI Autonomous Capture System) is a patent-pending system in which distributed edge-AI devices jointly decide when to trigger a physical mechanism, without a cloud connection. A provisional patent application was filed in April 2026. A working prototype is in progress.
